Lacy playing at Monkey Joes

Well mom signed up for a puppet conference in wilmington nc. Lacy and I came along for the ride. We saw an awesome puppet show last night and then walked on the beach a few minutes at dusk. This morning after we dropped mom off at her puppet classes, lacy and I toured the Battleship North Carolina. She really loved it. I’ll post pics later. Now we are at Monkey Joes, an indoor bounce house playground world. Hopefully she is tuckering herself out for a nap in a bit. She was up at 5am trying to get me and mom up and going to the beach.
Meanwhile all I can think of is how much work I have to do. Going to try and cram some in when I get lacy down for a nap.
Then its crab legs and oysters tonight baby.

death of my blackberry…quelle horreur

Well y’all know I sleep with my blackberry. I eat with my blackberry. I take showers with my blackberry in the room. LOL. Finally last night my blackberry got sick of following me around everywhere. The connection port that I tether to and charge my battery with (small usb hub) was so wiggly and out of shape I couldn’t keep my connection. I went all night without tethering. aaaggghhh.

So this morning I went to the cell store. They don’t fix them there. Had to call HQ. And guess what–they are two weeks backlogged!! I won’t have my baby back for two weeks. Well actually it will be a new baby then….will have to groom it and make it mine. In the meantime I have a loaner. It’s not the same. It feels like someone else’s child. I might not sleep with it tonight.

Working on HOST brochure project still..also recreating http://peacefulheartalpacas.com into a wordpress site. Designing a rack card for a new cabin rental. It’s first day back from a long holiday weekend. I’m wishing I still had a few days of fireworks. Although I am glad to have work!
