US Cellular “Rewards” Its Customers? Whatever.
Well, for years I have sung US Cellular’s praises as the most fabulous cell service. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. In November, the store in Galax told me my balance due was only $50. SO i paid it. Come to find out, that was a grievous error on their part. So I have made arrangements last month to catch up a horrendous balance. The lady on the phone made an arrangement of two payments. She told me one amount, then said or I could just split it in half would be fine. Well tomorrow the second half is due, but my money hasn’t quite come in. So I called to get a couple of more days. Guess what? Absolutely not they said. They don’t care what I am saying. The girl I spoke to did not put it in the notes that I could just split the payment, so therefore I have broken arrangements. I cannot have one more day, not even one more second past tomorrow evening at 10pm. I cannot make a partial on this payment. I cannot do anything at all. They don’t care that i have promoted them and their services like crazy with my blackberry on my blog. I know some of you remember me singing their praises. Well I am warning all of you that you should try someone else!! There are prepaid straight talk plans a heck of a lot cheaper and that way you don’t have to be shunned for something you didn’t do to yourself in the first place. They started this with the problem in November. And set me up to look like a lying promise breaker with this past arrangement. Why the girl didn’t put it in her notes, I cannot say. But I say NEVER AGAIN! As soon as this is straightened out, my loyalty ends. Keep on the lookout for my new phone number. And if you need me, don’t call, email me or facebook me! LOL.
